What #1 to #3 had in common
The leading programs were not chosen from a single star rating. Trustpilot and Google Business review signals were heavily weighted, then checked against clinician access, follow-up, medication-path clarity, pricing, support, geography, and compliance language.
1. Review evidence
We look for a live profile, score, review volume, recency, and consistency. A high score with a meaningful sample is more informative than a handful of ratings. We record the access date and do not invent a score. If a profile cannot be confirmed, the row is marked TBD.
2. Clinician access and follow-up
Programs ranked near the top explain how a patient meets a clinician, sends messages, receives follow-up, and escalates concerns. Coaching alone is not equivalent to medical care.
3. Medication-path clarity
We separate FDA-approved brand pathways from compounded pathways. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Pages that blur that distinction or imply compounded products are the same as brands lose transparency credit.
Why review volume matters
Review volume reduces noise from a few unusually positive or negative experiences. It does not prove clinical outcomes. Google and Trustpilot are reputation signals, not substitutes for clinician judgment.
Why these rows ranked #1 to #3
The top three paired the strongest publicly inspectable reputation footprint with clearer care descriptions than most competitors. That combination is why a program with a slightly less impressive marketing page can still outrank one with high transparency but thin review evidence.
- #1: clearest combination of clinician access, follow-up, and broad review footprint.
- #2: strong behavior-change support plus a clinical option and meaningful public presence.
- #3: clinician-led positioning and explicit metabolic-health focus, with live review verification still required.
What this ranking does not mean
It does not mean the top program fits every reader, that a review predicts treatment response, or that a ranking replaces a licensed clinician. Public pages and scores change. Verify live checkout, eligibility, state availability, price, and medication path.
